Vintage Souvenir Lusterware New York City Statue of Liberty Souvenir Mini 3 3/4" Plate Featured is the moriage dragon hand painting beneath the Statue The thin gilt trim around the edges is slightly worn. Everything else is good, the dragon is especially good with fire coming out of the mouth, the beady blue eyes plus all the detail of his long tail.
