So sweet - brings back my elementary school field trips into NYC in the 1960s, when young ladies would buy one of these to remember the day. This is a gold tone, faux pearl chain enameled coin shaped charm bracelet that has an engraved heart charm as well, with the name Debbie on it. It is 7.5” long, and is in very very good vintage condition. $4 shipping (US only).
